We want exceptional school leavers
- We provide expert training plus ‘on the job’ development, so we will have you flying in no time
- You’ll get stuck in from day one - working on live projects within one of our close-knit teams
- You will develop skills across the entire project lifecycle - from initial brief to presenting to the client team
- You will quickly learn the tools to conduct your own quantitative and qualitative research, with the latter bringing opportunities to travel the UK and beyond in the pursuit of customer insights
- You’ll soon build a strong understanding of consumer behaviour by crafting research materials, conducting interviews, analysing data, and creating story-led reports

What you will bring

- logical and rigorous thinking skills, an analytical mind, and excellent attention to detail
- the ability to spot key insights and tell an engaging story
- a can-do attitude and willingness to go several extra miles
- a strong academic track-record to A level or BTEC equivalent
- proficiency in Microsoft Office
