**Technical/Digital Consultant**

Altus Consulting is an Equisoft, owned company, founded in 2005 on the belief that the Financial Services could be more efficient with better technology. Altus Consulting has grown to become a recognised expert in the Financial Services market. Based in the centre of Bath, we now employ around 100 people in the UK and are part of a larger group employing around 800 people worldwide.

The Technical/Digital Consultant is a key role in the Consulting division, reporting to the Technology Consulting Director. This role involves the delivery of digital engagements for our Financial Services clients. This position would suit someone who feels comfortable in solution design, data base design or software development and, is looking for more variety, interesting challenges and the chance to develop themselves as an architect and consultant.

**Responsibilities**:

- Deliver solution architecture and broader digital assignments on behalf of Altus’s Financial Services customers.
- Help deliver Solution, data and enterprise architecture assignments to clients.
- Support technical aspects of Altus’s Business Consulting engagements
- Work as part of a team, fully supported before moving to independently engaging with clients.
- Bring your experience to help shape technical assignments using Altus’s IT models and toolkit.
- Build your Voice with Technology thought leadership and the creation of new models and technical consultancy propositions.
- Work with clients primarily in the UK but also Europe, we and most of our clients work flexibly but you will sometimes be required to travel to client offices and Bath.

**Experience and Skills**:

- 10+ years hands on and proven experience of delivering change.
- A passion for Technology & Data - ideally with in-depth knowledge in specialist areas.
- Good communication skills and a track record of building strong working relationships.
- Logical thinker with an ability and an aptitude for problem solving using a structured approach.
- Ability to both communicate visually and to write, being able to describe things concisely.
- FS experience desirable but not essential.
- Previous architecture experiences an advantage.
- Genuine passion and enthusiasm to make a difference for Altus, and to grow and develop the Digital Team’s offering.
