Business Delivery Executive

We are looking for someone proactive, with great organising skills and who can prioritise, manage and deliver activities on time within an international, multiple project consultancy environment. Attention to detail is paramount, as we are working with sensitive, confidential information every day and the flexibility to be able to switch from one project to another as the client or colleagues’ need is essential.
The role is primarily responsible for the planning and tracking of assessment and consultancy activities, looking after and administering the online assessment platforms, supporting senior leaders in the business, and basic lead generation activities in between other activities. Acting as first point of contact for customers and consultants would be part of day-to-day responsibilities, as well as building great relationships both internally and externally. In addition to this, there is involvement in marketing activities and new business generation events.

Key responsibilities:
Responsibility for the assessment systems
- Planning and tracking assessment tool usage by clients
- Managing client assessment accounts - setting up and releasing completed assessments
- Managing online projects from start to finish, liaising throughout with colleagues, developers, and clients
Customer & Partner support
- Responding to and troubleshooting queries from program participants
- Attending client meetings both alone and alongside the CEO and/or Head of Client Experience and/or Head of Consulting to ensure the smooth running of client work
- Liaising with clients and building professional relationships
- Maintaining and monitoring project plans and project schedules
Executive Support
- Supporting the Head of Consulting and our associates with their day-to-day commitments
- Managing diaries - including organising both internal and external meetings
- Being actively involved in company meetings - minute taking and distribution, issuing and follow up of actions etc
- Organising travel and events
- Maintaining electronic records, ensuring that all are always kept up to date.
- Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings
Marketing & Business Development
- Generating leads and setting up appointments for the Head of Client Engagement
- Supporting the Head of Client Engagement with any other ad-hoc sales and marketing initiatives
- Updating the company’s CRM system
Company Smooth Running & Growth
- Developing and maintaining databases required for the role
- Maintaining administrative and information resources
- Contributing to effective information management within the team
- Utilising the business systems to update all information on an on-going basis.
**Education/Qualifications**
Essential:
- Good standard of secondary and further education (must include English and Maths
- Administrative management qualification or equivalent experience.
Desirable:
- Educated to GCE/GCSE standard grade A - C in Maths and English
- Good command of written English
- NVQ Level 3 in Administration or equivalent
**Experience**
Essential:
- Experience of setting up and manipulating data in spreadsheets (e.g. Excel)
- Experience exercising discretion and confidentiality with sensitive company information
- Previous experience supporting senior stakeholders
- Highly proficient on Microsoft Office, particularly Word and PowerPoint.
Desirable:
- Past experience in research or consultancy
- Setting up and running data-handing projects

- Able to organise meetings, take minutes, prepare papers, liaise with others
- Able to work under pressure and within deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Comfortable being flexible in moving from one task to another quickly as priorities change
