**Key Responsibilities**
This Outsourcing / Accounts Manager role will include managing your own portfolio and reviewing the work of more junior staff to include the following:
- ???Review of statutory year-end accounts.
- Assisting start-ups and existing clients with all aspects of their finances.
- UK financial reporting for limited companies, sole traders, and LLPs.
- Review the quality of more junior team members and also offer support to active studiers within the team.
**Skills and Experience**
- You will be an ACA or ACCA or equivalent Qualified Accountant - support will be given if you are yet to complete final papers
- You will have experience in statutory accounts preparation gained in a Practice environment and feel ready to move to an Accounts Manager position
- The firm uses modern IT systems including Xero so previous experience with these will be advantageous
- Experience in managing a portfolio of clients and supervising junior staff
**Salary and an excellent range of benefits include the following**:
- Salary of £40,000 - £45,000

**Location**
This role is based in Weybridge and is commutable from Kingston, Egham, Sunbury, Epsom, Leatherhead, Woking and surrounding areas.
