**What you can expect to be doing**:

- Support staff with a range of internal and external engagement and community events
- Providing administrative support to workstreams in place to help us deliver our team workplan. This could include responding to queries about our community grants programme, assisting with consultation and engagement activities, involvement with the delivery of the Equality, Diversity and Inclusion strategy, helping to organise community events - no two days are the same
- Managing meeting agendas, circulating papers and coordinating attendance
- Recording of notes, actions and decisions at meetings
- Supporting the administration of our range of community grant programmes
- Data inputting and coding of consultation responses
- Day to day support with invoices or purchase orders
- Support with the collection of statistical data and management information as required ensuring timely and accurate provision of information.

**About you**:
You will be someone who enjoys working in a busy role whilst being part of a supportive team. You will be confident when communicating with others, have good written communication and digital skills, with a high attention to detail and organisational skills. You will be positive, adaptable, proactive and willing to learn.
We will support you to work on your initiative and think creatively to overcome any barriers or issues. We’d love you to feel a part of our team, working together and communicating well.
You should have good IT skills, using Microsoft Teams and SharePoint, as well as experience of using other widely used online tools packages. There will be training available to help you with using specific platforms such as SharePoint.
You will carry out general administrative tasks and recording of notes and actions at meetings. Working with speed, accuracy, and high attention to detail, to deliver a high-quality service.
There will be opportunities to support a range of community engagement activities.
This post requires occasional travel to other sites.
You will need to understand the need for maintaining confidentiality and work in compliance with Data Protection Guidelines.
