We are currently advertising for a full time job vacancy within our Administration Office.

We are a Knowsley based Washroom Company looking for a committed and enthusiastic individual to join our team.

Duties will include:

- Producing paperwork for customer callouts and deliveries.
- Liaising with Service Partners to organise service requests and queries.
- Setting up and maintaining customer account records on Sage Line 50 and Excel.
- Maintain service schedule on our cloud based field management software.
- Support Sales staff with paperwork.
- General office duties.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Working knowledge of MS Office, 365 and Outlook.
- Knowledge of Sage Line 50 is beneficial.
- The ability to plan, organise and prioritise workload, using own initiative.
- Relevant experience working in an office environment.
- The ability to work as a member of a small office team, as well as independently.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

No phone calls or time-wasters please.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From £23,500.00 per year
