Home to The London Lions basketball team and is now a major venue for everything from premiership basketball to pop concerts.

We are currently recruiting for a **core team of catering assistants** (on site) to join our growing Team.

This is for a **New Opening within our growing portfolio.** There is real variety to this role and an opportunity to work across all areas of the park and grow and develop with our business.

**Role description & expectations**
- Deliver exceptional customer experience across live events and hospitality catering operations.
- Organise your designated work station ahead of each day and event ensuring they are clean and tidy and ready for service to a high standard
- Ensuring stock levels are suitable for the event with relevant POS
- Liaising with the team to ensure all pricing, payment facilities and EPOS systems are set.
- Monitor customer queues
- Monitor stock levels
- Working as part of the team on the floor with service delivery
- Raise any issues of concern with the Operations Manager in a timely manner
- Comply to licensing laws
- Maintain accurate food health and safety records and uphold to a high standard e.g. food temperature logs for management spot checks and external audits.
- Support catering operations across the venue upholding exemplary customer service.
- Experience in contract catering and customer service
- Positive and flexible attitude, with the ability to think laterally and willing to problem solve
- A hands-on person who can hit the ground running and offer value to the team and company values
