**Who **you’ll** be working with**:
The Liberty IT Talent Acquisition team (TAcqos ) manage all internal, external and entry level hiring activities for all Liberty IT sites in Belfast, Dublin and Galway. We source, engage and attract new technology talent to Liberty IT and are active DEI advocates. We like to think we are a bunch of fun, friendly, problem solvers

**Experience and skills we need**:

- A minimum of three years, full-cycle recruitment experience, with experience in managing high volumes of recruitment requirements.
- Exposure in co-ordinating large-scale recruitment or employer brand related events.
- Experience in managing and building relationships with multiple stakeholders.
- Proven experience in DEI advocacy as part of recruitment and selection activities.

- A 3rd level qualification in a Human Resources related field and/or industry recognized certificates and qualifications
- Experience in high volume, entry level hiring activities as part of an internal recruitment function.
- Technology recruitment and selection experience.

**What **you’ll** be doing**:
**Entry level hiring**
- Manage and co-ordinate Liberty IT’s entry level Software Engineer hiring activities including Apprentice, Scholar, Intern (Placement) and Associate (graduate) recruitment and selection campaigns.
- Partner with the Liberty IT Communications and Marketing team to co-create digital and social media campaigns for entry level hiring initiatives.
- Partner with universities and STEM groups across Ireland to establish Liberty IT as an employer of choice. Identify opportunities for Liberty IT to raise our employer brand through tech talks, university events, careers fairs and other initiatives.
- Partner with Liberty IT Employee Resource Groups to ensure our recruitment and selection processes are inclusive for all. Be an active DEI advocate in Liberty IT and at external events.
- Engage a wide internal group of assessors, interviewers and Liberty representatives who will participate in different recruitment and selection events.
- Own offer issuance to successful applicants and partner with the Liberty IT onboarding group to ensure a successful and engage pre-onboarding.
- Continuously identify ways to improve our entry level hiring approach

**Internal Hiring**
- Manage Liberty IT’s promotion activities for L1 - L3 opportunities, each Spring and Autumn.
- Partner with multiple stakeholders in Liberty IT to ensure a fair and transparent selection process.
- Partner with Employee Resource Groups to ensure our processes and communications are inclusive in nature.
- Work with Resourcing to finalise outcomes.
- Manage the full selection process from shortlisting to offer issuance.

**Experienced External Hiring**
- When the opportunity arises, support experienced external hiring activities.
- Source software engineers through various methods using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms.
- Manage and review talent pools on our ATS.
- Manage the full recruitment and selection from shortlisting to offer issuance.
