Our HR team is a critical and integral part of our Offshore Wind business in the UK & Ireland. We work across the whole employee lifecycle supporting teams and projects across the development, construction and operations phases of our wind farms.

**Your responsibilities**
- Support us with talent acquisition and onboarding of our new colleagues
- Learn about our business challenges, conduct research, review and analyse information to address our business needs
- Supporting us with reward topics and developing a market leading offer
- Work on development concepts for employees & management
- Get involved in our early careers strategy and support us with building our talent pipeline of the future
**Your profile**
- Currently enrolled as an undergraduate within the following disciplines: Human Resources, Business, Management or a Social Sciences degree
- On track to gain a 2.1 or higher
- Possibility to undertake a full year in industry placement
- You enjoy problem-solving and want to develop your creative and strategic thinking skills further
- Structured, independent working style with a high degree of reliability and commitment
- Ability to quickly familiarize yourself with a variety of new topics and an elevated level of customer orientation
- Eager to work in a team with an open feedback culture and strong motivation to develop yourself personally and professionally
- Advanced MS-Office skills (especially PowerPoint)
- Some knowledge of HR industry is a plus
