Cook/kitchen Team Member

**Job description**
We are looking to recruit a part time cook for our friendly team here at the tearoom. Normal working hours 8.30 am to 5.00 pm
NO SPLIT SHIFTS OR EVENINGS.
Duties would include:
Covering for the cook 2 to 3 days per week and assisting in the kitchen when necessary,
Cooking and reheating items on the menu for which training will be given (much of the menu is cooked to order),
Keeping records on food deliveries, food and fridge temperatures,
Awareness of food hygiene and COSHH, current basic food hygiene certificate desirable,
Maintaining a clean and organised work area, and
General cleaning duties at the end of the shift.
The successful applicants will preferably have experience working in a kitchen and be able to work as part of a team in what can be a fast paced environment.
Days to be agreed on a rota system but will include working every other weekend.
