**Salary: £80 - £100 per day DOE**

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide one-on-one and group support to students with learning difficulties or disabilities, ensuring their educational needs are met.
- Assist the classroom teacher in planning and delivering tailored lessons to promote student progress.
- Help create a positive and inclusive learning environment, fostering student engagement and participation.
- Monitor student behaviour and progress, providing feedback to teachers and parents/guardians when necessary.
- Collaborate with other professionals, such as speech therapists or occupational therapists, to support students with specialized needs.
- Promote independent learning and develop students' study skills.
- Aid during examinations and assessments.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and report any concerns to the relevant parties.
