The above post has become available within KMPT for a dynamic, self-motivated, forward thinking administration apprentice. The post will be within DGS CMHSOP (Older Peoples Mental Health Services for Dartford, Gravesend, Swanley).

The post holder will study Customer Services (with Business Units) level 2.

Prior to interview you will be required to undertake a typing test, a numeracy and literacy test as well as a written Trust Values Exercise

To provide an efficient and effective clerical and administrative support service to DGSCMHSOP based in Dartford in accordance with Trust policies and procedures.

To communicate with staff, managers and clients, both written and verbally in a professional, sensitive and courteous manner, maintaining confidentiality at all times.

**RESPONSIBILITY**:
To efficiently undertake basic administration and clerical duties which may include the following duties as directed:

- Data input, data extraction, photocopying, faxing, filing and typing duties as directed
- To support the team to maintain accurate, timely and legible records
- To answer/deal with queries, both face to face and via the telephone, take messages and pass them on to the relevant member of staff in an appropriate and timely manner.
