This is an exciting permanent opportunity to join an established and leading consultancy in a role where you can have autonomy. This role is fully office-based.
THE ROLE:

- Answering and directing telephone calls, welcoming guests, and handling and filtering enquiries from staff and guests
- Maintaining the appearance of the kitchen, general office area, and meeting rooms
- Managing the meeting room booking system and resolving capacity issues, including through shared office providers if necessary
- Managing AV equipment in meeting rooms and resolving problems
- Maintaining stationery supplies
- Managing the reception credit card and expenses, liaising with Finance on all purchases
- Ordering weekly groceries for the office, and catering when required
- Managing incoming and outgoing postal mail.
- Providing data cleaning and research for the wider team
- Helping maintain client database
- Ad hoc duties to support the assistant team
- Primary contact for building management and external vendors, liaising with them in relation to any repairs or other work required
- Onboarding and offboarding employees including re-security and access, and office health and safety
- Managing health and safety for the office to ensure we are compliant, and policies are in place and monitored
ESSENTIALS:

- 1-2 years of office management or coordination experience
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proactive with high attention to detail
- A positive, confident attitude
