**Overview**:
**Revenue Assistant - 12 month fixed term contract**

We are recruiting for a Revenue Assistant to join our commercial team to support with the management and smooth running of our table management system as well as supporting with aspects of our Marston's Inns. The role is ideal for someone who has good IT skills, a keen eye for detail and is data driven.
- The role is a 12 month fixed term contract with agile working - 3 days based at our Head Office in Wolverhampton and 2 days working from home.

The revenue assistant role can be varied and fast paced, some key responsibilities include:

- Capacity management utilising our table booking system.
- Regular audits of our systems to ensure commercial usage.
- Supporting our marketing teams with key campaign roll outs.
- Responsible for booking type set up within each format to maximise productivity and margin.
- Support and execute with format distribution strategies across the business.
- Ability to causes of errors and inconsistencies in our system and data.
- Monitor user access.
- Produce performance reporting and cascading this to the business.
- Support with managing aspects of content for our revenue management system.
- Supporting the management of marketing content for third party platforms used to drive sales for our Marston's Inns.
- Assisting with the set up and daily use of our revenue management system.
- Reporting on hotel statistics including rooms out of service, rates, hotel audits etc...

**What you’ll bring to the table**
- Experience in capacity management/hotel reservation systems is beneficial but not essential.
- Proficient IT skills.
- Attention to detail and data entry accuracy.
- Be a self starter and take a proactive approach to work.
- Organised - must be able to operate efficiently whilst remaining flexible in a dynamic environment.
- Resilient to change
- A keen willingness to adapt and learn
