**Overview**:
First Military Recruitment is working in partnership with our client to recruit Marketing and Commercial Coordinator to join their on-site team at the Mander Centre in Wolverhampton.
The Coordinator will support the Marketing Manager as follows:

- Deliver compelling marketing campaigns that drive brand metrics, footfall, retailer sales and market share for the leisure destination, in line with the centre’s annual marketing business plan.
- Curate and develop engaging centre content and implement this as part of the centre’s online marketing strategy, using the centre’s website, social media platforms and advertising streams.
- Assist with Commercial bookings and researching opportunities to drive commercial revenue, conducting site visits to make sure standards are maintained.
- Assist with curating and implementing a 52-week events calendar. Supporting the set-up, running and breakdown of key events.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Support the Marketing Manager to deliver the Centre’s annual Marketing business plan in line with the overall strategy for the Centre.
- Manage brands content across the centre’s digital platforms in a timely manner, including new brands, new ranges, events, and key promotions, by curating and developing original and engaging content across all digital platforms.
- Communicate with retailers through face-to-face visits, to raise awareness of marketing campaigns and opportunities and to curate engaging content through product capture in stores.
- Where appropriate, use creative writing skills to produce centre posters, leaflets, and digital content.
- Research and approach commercial opportunities and work with the Marketing Manager on appropriate revenues for the Centre.
- Assist in the booking out of commercial space within the Centre so that a broad range of commercial revenues are covered. Updating all paperwork and logging onto the appropriate systems. Helping to achieve the annual target set.
- Visit commercial bookings daily to ensure they are correctly positioned and following Centre policies, whilst maintaining high standards. Obtain feedback from bookings and pursue rebooking’s.
- Assist in the implementation and running of in-house events with the Marketing Manager, sourcing new ideas and covering set up and breakdowns as required.
- Provide administrative support to the marketing Manager where required and work in conjunction with all colleagues to maintain consistently high standards within the centre.
- Deal with enquiries and requests for information from the local community.
- Social Media Management and content creation.
- Monitoring statutory and internal compliance, including meeting company policies and procedures, RICS and ISO standards and any statutory timelines and escalation requirements.

**Skills and Experience**:

- Experience of working in a similar role [essential].
- Able to actively build and develop relationships internally and externally.
- Able to work on own initiative and within a pressurised environment with excellent prioritisation, organisational, and planning skills.
- The personality and drive to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

- A salary of £14,000 per annum.
- 22.5 working hours per week - 8.30am to 5pm, with 1 hour lunch, for 3 days (working days are negotiable between Monday and Friday).
