**Requirements**:
Accurately maintains accounts records utilising Sage 50 including producing day book reports for management.

Ability to deal with financial aspects of supplier relationships/keeping updated material costs/supplier preferences for management.

Ability to deal with financial aspects of customer accounts through Sage, checking and maintaining punctual account status with customers.

Enhances organisation reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.

Skills/Qualifications:
Essential:
Excellent IT skills with good working knowledge of Microsoft Office

Sage 50/200 experience including reporting aspects of this software.

Desirable:
NVQ/qualification within accounting /bookkeeping /administration environment

Experience in scheduling within the service industry
