The Part Time Accounts Assistant will be responsible for:
- Provide financial administration support within the accounting department.
- Manage daily transactions
- Matching, batching, and coding invoices
- Processing expenses
- Statement reconciliations
- Query resolution
- Setting up supplier accounts
**The Successful Applicant**:
The successful Part Time Accounts Assistant should have:
- A proven track record within a similar role
- AAT L2 or above (desirable)
- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent numerical and analytical skills.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles.
- Good organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and team working abilities.
