We are currently new business in Newland avenue **(The Butcher Bar & Grill) **and we looking Front of House Staff.

Are you a people-oriented individual with a passion for providing excellent customer service? We are currently seeking friendly and energetic individuals to join our team as Front of House Staff.

As a member of our front of house team, you will play a vital role in creating a positive and memorable experience for our guests.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Seat guests, take orders, and provide menu recommendations to enhance the dining experience.
- Ensure prompt and accurate delivery of food and beverages to customers.
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized dining area, including setting up tables, arranging decorations, and replenishing supplies.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any concerns or complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth and efficient service.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations, including proper food handling and sanitation practices.
- Assist with cash handling, including processing payments and providing accurate change. - Maintain knowledge of menu items, daily specials, and promotions to inform guests.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in the food and beverage industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly and outgoing attitude. - Ability to multitask and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to deliver excellent service consistently. - Basic math skills for cash handling and order processing.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices is a plus.
- A positive and team-oriented attitude with a willingness to learn and contribute.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 22-36 per week

**Salary**: £8.37-£10.41 per hour
