Factory Operative

**Based in Ludlow, Shropshire **_**or **_**Tenbury Wells, Worcestershire**

**Full Time (7.45am-4.30pm Monday-Thursday and 6am-1pm on Fridays)**

We offer exceptional support & service to our customers we a ‘can do’ attitude to ensure we achieve our customer goals, which includes finding resolutions to areas others won’t touch, including special designs, challenging fire resistance requirements, veneer matching problems, radiation door set or specific acoustic ratings; we have developed a range of skills & products to provide honest solutions.

**Responsibilities**:

- Operate all relevant machinery in the manufacturing of our product
- Undertake tasks safely and accordance with instructions
- Loading and unloading of product to and from product machines
- Complete production activities in order of priority
- Set up or adjust equipment according to manufacturing specifications
- Monitor the quality of output to identify, discard or re-manufacture faulty products

- Able to complete tasks to tight deadlines

- Flexible approach to changing priorities
- Previous fire door manufacturing experience is desirable but not essential as full training will be provided

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £10.00-£13.00 per hour
