We offer exceptional support & service to our customers we a ‘can do’ attitude to ensure we achieve our customer goals, which includes finding resolutions to areas others won’t touch, including special designs, challenging fire resistance requirements, veneer matching problems, radiation door set or specific acoustic ratings; we have developed a range of skills & products to provide honest solutions.

**Main duties**:

- Inputting data onto a bespoke programme and using excel spreadsheets to create schedules (full training to be provided)
- Using AutoCad Lt to create basic drawings for customer and internal use
- Liaise with customers to determine job specifications and ensure these are reflected in accurate paperwork trails
- Work as part of a team to produce cutting sheets to a specific time scale
- Work alongside factory, sales and buying teams to ensure that jobs are completed to customer specifications in a timely fashion
- Ensure that customer service is maintained to the highest standards, proactively tackling issues or order changes with customers

**This position requires the following skills**:
**Essential**:

- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office
- Excellent communicator and ability to work within tight deadlines
- Great attention to detail, accuracy with figures
- Flexible approach to changing priorities
- Ability to multitask
- Be able to work as part of a team
- Good at problem solving or troubleshooting
**Desirable**:

- Experience using Autocad Lt - training will be provided
- Experience in a similar production role
- Knowledge and an understanding of the manufacturing industry
- Knowledge of the fire door industry and associated regulations

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £12.00-£14.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Ludlow, SY8 2BT: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
