**Role**

We are looking for our first Lead Content Producer here at Colossyan.

Are you someone with a passion for creating engaging video and audio content? Do you have extensive experience in the L&D field, and can you envision yourself becoming the face of our company?

If so, we invite you to join our team at Colossyan. In this role, you will lead the production of captivating short-form videos and audio content tailored for organic outreach, becoming the face of our brand and embodying our values and vision.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Content Production**: Spearhead the end-to-end process of ideating, scripting, producing, and refining captivating short-form videos and audio content tailored for organic outreach.
- **Data-Driven Insights**: Analyze metrics and trends, staying up to date on innovations, and leveraging data to enhance content strategies, ensuring maximum engagement and impact.
- **Brand Ambassador**: Be the face of our company on camera, embodying our values and vision in a compelling and authentic manner.
- **YouTube Channel Ownership**: Own our organic video channel, optimizing its performance and engagement metrics, and driving growth.
- **Content Strategy**: Generate compelling content ideas tailored for our YouTube channel, aligning with Colossyan's objectives and audience needs.
- **Collaborative Production**: Work collaboratively with a video producer to bring content ideas to life, ensuring high-quality production standards.

**Requirements**:

- 5+ years of experience in the Learning and Development (L&D) field, with a strong understanding of workplace learning and training methodologies.
- Exceptional presenter skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts in an engaging and accessible manner on camera.
- Proven experience in video and audio content production, with a portfolio showcasing your work.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze and leverage metrics to optimize content strategies.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Creative thinker with a knack for generating compelling content ideas.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
