We have an exciting opportunity for Sales Order Administrator to join our small friendly team in our office at Cheriton Bishop, near Exeter.

SAS Europe Ltd are suppliers of specialist rendering materials within the construction industry. We pride our company on providing customers with the highest quality products, customer service and technical support.

You will work in-house at our office in Cheriton Bishop, near Exeter, to process incoming sales orders.

We are looking for someone with an energetic nature who is bright, keen and wants to work hard. Excellent attention to detail is essential. Training on our products / computer systems will be provided.

**The role includes**:

- Answering phones and taking orders
- Inputting sales orders accurately onto our system
- Liaising with customers regarding delivery dates and access requirements
- General administrative assistance to the Director and the Sales & Technical Teams.
- Maintaining and updating our CRM system (GoldVision), creating new contacts, and recording details of communications with customers.
- Arranging customer returns
- Packaging up sales brochures and sample requests to send to customers

**Key skills & attributes**:
The applicant should have good administrative, planning, organisational and time management skills.

A professional, friendly and confident telephone manner is essential.

Excellent attention to detail

**Job Type**: This is a permanent full-time role; Monday - Friday

Location: Cheriton Bishop, near Exeter

Own transport is essential due to the office location
