**Ebac Industrial Products Ltd (EIPL)** - based at ST Helen's Bishop Auckland are currently recruiting an enthusiastic and hard working Junior Sales Coordinator to join their expanding team

The position is offered is temporary to permanent basis, 12 weeks satisfactory work will result in a permanent contract.

EIPL operate an Annual Hours system with a schedule of 41hrs per week (Annual hours meaning - The weekly schedule may increase or decrease, however your monthly salary would not change)

This role requires a well organised individual who is meticulous, and has good attention for detail, able to prioritise workload to ensure timescales for the daily routines are maintained.

Typical duties would include:

- Entry of sales orders and preparing dispatch notes and invoices
Arranging appropriate transport for shipments
Obtain transport quotations of inboard and outbound shipments
Assisting customers with product / part pricing and availability
Maintaining a good filing system to enable documents can be retrieved easily
Preparing export documentation

Internal training will be provided, however as a miniumn you should have good computer knowledge with previous experiance with the Microsoft products, ie Excel, Word and Access

Schedule Hours of Work - 41 hrs/week
Monday - Thursday - 8am - 5pm
Friday 8am - 3:30pm
