**Passenger Services Agent**

**Location - Poole**

**Salary - £9.75 - £10.42 per hour - fixed term contract until 0ctober 2023**

**Full time and part time hours available**

**Full time staff must be available to work weekends, evenings and early mornings. Flexible shifts available for part time staff.**

Our client has an exciting opportunity for a Passenger Services Agent to join their operations department. This role gives an opportunity to be part of a fantastic team who always exceed customer expectations in order to enhance the reservation and travelexperience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Working in Port location with passengers’ face to face and also in the contact centre. You will assist customers with all their travel needs, from finding the perfect sailings, checking them in, to updating them with vital information and more.
- In addition, you will assist with resolving any pre-travel complaints or dissatisfaction whilst maintaining the highest standards of professionalism in all interactions to create a positive image of the product and the company.

**Key Skills required**:
**-Previous experience in a Customer Service environment **-Excellent communication skills**-Computer literate**-Must have own vehicle and license due to unsociable start and finish times
