We currently have an opportunity for a **“Senior Warehouse Co-ordinator” **to join our team in Thetford.

**Goods in**

Ensure all incoming materials are booked into the system correctly on the ERP system and all are allocated a location on the system for ease of material identification.

Check that all incoming materials are correct, agrees to Purchase order/delivery note and that there is no damage.

Work with the planner and sales/production to identify up and coming jobs and material storage requirements.

**Dispatch**

Ensure all packages, parcels, pallets etc to be dispatched are suitably wrapped, packed banded etc so as not to get damaged during transportation (as per company packing specifications).

All dispatched items to be dispatched as per company procedures.

Ensure all relevant information on ERP system is correctly filled in and is all complete.

Ensure all materials are packed and stored in a safe manner and that all jobs are clearly identified and in correct location.

Best use of all areas for storing materials must be utilised, also ensuring that goods in area is clean and tidy at all times.

**Hours of Work**

Monday to Thursday 8.30am to 5.30pm and Friday 8am to 2.15pm

**Salary**: £22,880.00-£26,000.00 per year
