Investment Bank and Cross Product Operations (IBCPO) is fully integrated, front-to-back aligned delivery model providing transaction, reporting and cash management services to Deutsche Bank’s multi-asset global businesses including Investment Bank (IB) - Fixed Income & Currencies (FIC) Sales and Trading, Corporate Bank and Capital Release Unit.

Deutsche Bank is going through a significant transformation of its F2B operations including IBCPO, marked as one of the banks top 3 transformation agendas. You will partner with the global and regional management in the design, planning and execution of and operations data strategy, with the goal of improving client service, risk management and processing efficiency.

You will report to the Global Head of F2B (Front to Back) Operations Automation & Transformation and will be a member of the IBCPO F2B leadership team. You will be responsible for the direct management of operations data strategy transformation team and will have virtual oversight of local operations and technology resources aligned to the F2B program.

**Your key responsibilities**
- Establish, scale and implement an Operations F2B Data Strategy. This will target state architecture and operating model, creation of reusable data framework and analytics and delivery of solutions across the operations lifecycle
- Define and execute solutions to support F2B analysis and accelerate delivery of target state via data ownership, data quality, data sourcing and data insights and strategies
- Define and deliver future state query management platform to optimize internal and external wokflows
- Partner with global functional management to support the development and execution of F2B transformation
- Motivate and manage a team. Responsible for recruitment, training and development, talent management etc
- Prepare and manage the departmental budget, including demand / supply rolling forecasts

**Your skills and experience**
- Significant experience in financial services, preferably Investment Banking Operations
- Experience of managing highly complex, disruptive transformation programs
- Strong data literacy with a track record of delivering scalable data insights and analytics
- Experience of leveraging AI/ML to increase data quality, enhancing data and delivering control and efficiency enhancements
- Track record of driving innovative solutions into business solutions.
- Demonstrate financial discipline, managing to budget and building sound business cases
