**People and Culture Advisor - FTC**

**Full-Time**

**The Role**:
We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client based in Fareham for a People and Culture Advisor. This is a full-time position, working 8:30am - 5pm Mon-Thu and 8:30am to 4:30pm Fridays. This is a fix term contract position.

**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- To develop and coach managers through recruitment procedures and methods
- To advertise roles through social media
- To manage relationships with agencies for temporary workforce requirements
- Ensure that applicant and staff records are accurate and maintained in a timely way, are compliant with legislative changes and recruitment guidance
- Attending recruitment fairs during the year, networking with other organisations as well as attracting prospective employees
- To create and analyse data reports from the People and Culture databases to identify and monitor trends to inform recommendations for improvement where trends have been identified, working with managers, and advising on best practice solutions where necessary.
- Supporting the staff development programme, delivering training, and participating in development events where required.
- Undertake Exit Interviews for most leavers during their notice period, logging information on the central database, highlighting any issues or trends with partners

**About You**:

- Level 5 CIPD certificate and experience of working in HR and/or recruitment
- Knowledge of employment law and working within the Equality Act
- Experience of administering and coordinating staff recruitment
- Proficiency in collating and analysing data
- Excellent interpersonal skills and attention to detail
- A proactive and approachable, and willing to work as part of a team with positive attitude
- Excellent IT skills, including social media

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract

**Salary**: £34,665.00-£36,803.00 per year
