Teesside, United Kingdom Eton College Full time

Role Introduction
An exciting new opportunity has arisen to work within the growing Partnerships team at Eton College and be part of our flagship anchor institutions. We are looking to recruit an Education and Community Engagement Co-ordinator to be based in our Teesside office.

Together with Eton’s educational philosophy and in partnership with Star Academies, one of the country’s leading state school providers, free sixth form colleges will be opened, one of which will be in the Teesside area.

This landmark partnership agreement where the new college will be part of the Star Academies multi-academy trust, will focus on recruitment of young people who are on free school meals, in receipt of the pupil premium, or who live in particularly deprived areas. Young people from the area will be offered world class education, with rigorous and rounded education, supporting them to achieve places at the very best universities and provide them with enrichment opportunities.

We are looking for a dynamic individual to support Eton College’s strategic engagement efforts with schools, community groups, local government, and the broader education sector. The new post-holder will bring a diverse skill set that encompasses various aspects of education, workshop delivery, digital learning experience, and more. We are committed to building a diverse team where each member contributes unique strengths, so if you possess expertise in some of these areas and are motivated to grow and learn in others, we encourage you to apply. Together, we will provide an incredible academic opportunity to enable children, wherever they live to fulfil their potential.
