Mid Cheshire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust provides a full range of hospital and community services for people across East Cheshire (population 399K) and West Cheshire and Chester (population 357K). The Trust provides high quality planned and emergency care, cardiac, critical care, child health, maternity services and intermediate care at Leighton Hospital in Crewe, Victoria Infirmary in Northwich, and Elmhurst Intermediate Care Centre in Winsford.

The Trust provides over 500 beds and employs over 5,100 members of staff. A comprehensive range of community services is provided across 26 medical centres and schools through our Central Cheshire Integrated Care Partnership.

The Operational Transformation Lead is responsible for leading on the development and delivery of an operational transformational strategy, which has co-production with all relevant stakeholders at its centre.

The post holder will work with stakeholders within the Trust and across place and system level, to develop and deliver a programme of work relating to transformation of clinical models and services which support the development of an effective and sustainable model of care for the new Leighton Hospital campus. Aligning work to national NHP transformation and innovation objectives, the post holder will bring together the views and voices of staff and service users, in a collaborative and cohesive way, bringing constructive challenge to inform and develop new ways of thinking.

**The post holder will**:
Provide visible leadership within the clinical and operational programme workstream, demonstrating Trust values and actively supporting other staff and stakeholders to engage in the project.

Through co-production, facilitate the integration of inputs from multiple stakeholders to ensure the new facility makes material strides in efficiency and efficacy within the challenging time, cost and quality parameters of the New Health and Care Facility Program.

Work closely with the Clinical Planning Lead, Lead Clinician, Nurse and AHP to ensure that all programmes of work are fully aligned.

Act as an ambassador for the Trust and develop excellent working relationships with external stakeholders to support full co-production of the new facility.
