We have a vacancy for an Independent Living Officer, with a lead on Extra Care providing a service to customers with wide ranging needs, including some with complex needs and facing multiple exclusion. All require intensive, personalised support to help them move forward with their lives and to sustain their tenancies with us.

Assessing risk and working effectively with in-house teams and external statutory and voluntary agencies (such as Social Care) for the benefit of customers is key to success in this role.

Please note, a driving licence & access to a vehicle is necessary for this role.
