**THE ROLE**

Our headquarters is based in Malta but we have staff in every cornet of the globe and offices in Spain, France, Turkey, UK, Brazil and South Korea. We are willing to onboard anyone with the right skillset and personality based in UK, London. At Chiliz offer a Hybrid Work From Home (WFH) model, giving you the flexibility of working 2 days at home and 3 days in the office. This role will report to the VIP & Rewards Manager.

**Responsibilities & Duties**
- Work across several partner ticketing & hospitality management systems and reward large number of users with once-in-a-lifetime opportunities
- Manage all the ticketing allocation across all partner clubs they own for all matches taking place.
- Occasionally assist with management at our hospitality programmes from start to finish including guest hosting and event day management of our boxes and hospitality suites where relevant;
- Coordinate pitch half-time competitions and engagement activity with fans when needed;
- Build a strong working relationship with the hospitality teams at our partners and right holders;
- Travelling - the location for the role is flexible, and it will involve traveling to sponsorship events throughout the year;

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience with ticket booking systems and in co-ordinating rewards programmes
- Native level of spoken and written English;
- Excellent organisation and administrative skill;
- Proven track record of corporate hospitality and event management within sport;
- Confident and self-motivated, with an eye for detail and ability to run multiple tasks simultaneously.;
- Interpersonal skills and experience of hosting and delivering complex events;
- Ability to work under pressure as part of a highly driven and fast paced environment;
- A driven problem solving approach with the the ability to think autonomously;
- A flexible approach to working and time management required;
- Flexible to travel to different locations and and work during evenings and weekend when required;
- A solid understanding of the role of sponsorship within marketing and an interest in sports would be beneficial.
