**The Role**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Work closely with SME clients to understand their unique challenges and goals, and develop tailored AI strategies that align with their business objectives. This involves translating complex AI concepts into clear, actionable plans that clients can understand and embrace.
- Advise clients on the practical steps needed to integrate AI solutions into their existing systems and processes. This may involve recommending specific AI models, tools, or platforms, and providing guidance on data preparation, model training, and deployment.
- Assist clients in overcoming barriers to AI adoption, such as lack of technical expertise or organisational resistance to change. Develop change management strategies and provide ongoing support to ensure successful implementation and user adoption.
- Help clients establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of their AI initiatives, and regularly monitor and report on progress. Identify opportunities for improvement and make recommendations to optimise AI performance.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in AI, particularly those relevant to SMEs, and share insights with clients and colleagues. Continuously expand your own knowledge and skills to provide the best possible advice and support to clients.
- Compensation driven, with the aim to manage and lead a team in the near future of world-leading AI strategists all built in-house.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and explain complex concepts in simple, relatable terms.
- Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving and analytical skills, able to develop creative solutions to business challenges.
- Collaborative team player with the ability to work effectively with colleagues from diverse backgrounds and skill sets.
- Passion for helping SMEs succeed and a genuine interest in the transformative potential of AI technology.

**Job Type**

Full-time, Hybrid/Remote

**Compensation**

25 days holiday excluding UK bank holidays.

Monthly bonuses on clients managed and workshop success

Fully autonomous and async role, provided you work the best that way

**Salary**: £30,000.00-£75,000.00 per year

**Benefits**:
