This is an exciting opportunity to join our People Directorate within the newly formed Culture & OD team as an OD Consultant working on the organisational development programme for the Trust.


To support the Trust’s most strategically important programmes, designing, delivering and evaluating interventions to improve team effectiveness and performance in addition to developing and supporting the organisational strategy through organisational design. This includes structure as well as governance both internally and externally working in collaboration with partners across the health, care and wider systems. In support of the Trust’s ambitions to be a high performing organisation, the OD Consultant will deliver a programme of leadership development across the Trust to embed a strong culture of positive, compassionate leadership behaviours.


We provide mental health and learning disability care for children, young people and adults across Sussex and for children and young people in Hampshire.
