RECRUITMENTiQ is working in partnership with a Nursing and Care Home based in Bracknell. We're a well-respected nursing and care home specialising in care for people with all forms of dementia, Alzheimer's disease and Parkinson's disease. The nursing andcare team have years of experience in delivering high standards of care and support. We have good wheelchair access, enclosed outdoor spaces and good relationships with local GPs and other health professionals.

Residents enjoy a wide range of activities and events, led by the well-being and activities team who get to know each resident individually and support them to continue to enjoy their hobbies and interests.

We have a really exciting opportunity for a Manager to join our busy Nursing home in Bracknell.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage all aspects of Care Centre
- Managing and supporting carers’ team
- Managing health & safety and people management within a caring environment

**About You**
- Have management experience
- Have experience of working in a caring environment and/or working with people who have a learning disability/specialist/complex needs/behaviours that may challenge
- Good communication skills, a common-sense approach, be able to work on their own initiative after completion of an extensive induction
- An ability to build positive relationships with service users and colleagues
- An excellent team player who can also work on your own initiative
- An excellent communicator, oral and written
- Approachable, positive and polite
