**About Us**:
We are a busy International Dispute Resolution Centre near the iconic St. Pauls Cathedral.
We take pride in working with our clients from all around the world on a day-to-day basis and to make sure that their time with us is the best it can be. Every day can be different, so it is an extremely varied role.
We are looking for that special person to join our small client services team.
**Responsibilities/Duties**:
- Catering: assist in the service of food and beverage, ensuring the presence of high standards and consistency.
- Operational: Setting up rooms as required, moving room furniture around as needed, setting up AV.
- Client services: Assisting clients with any requirements
- photocopying, assisting the setup of boxes and files. Problem solving.
- Maintenance & Cleaning: Maintaining a clean and safe working environment in the kitchen and elsewhere in the Centre, some cleaning and servicing of kitchen equipment required, fixing of furniture and room fixings, replacing light bulbs etc.
**Skills & Experience Required**:
Previous experience in a similar role is not essential. You need to be a team player, self-motivated and enthusiastic. Client focus and attention is paramount. Common sense and ability to work alone is also desirable.
Training will be provided for all Centre operations and equipment.
We require you to think on your feet and communicate with your colleagues and Manager frequently, particularly if any problems should arise.
**Salary**: £11.50 per hour
Expected hours: 50 per week
