Call Answering Agent

We are a well-established telecommunications company who is looking for an experienced call taker to join their busy and expanding Virtual Receptionist team, it is therefore important you can hit the ground running.

Key responsibilities include taking inbound calls on behalf of our clients and following any instructions they have provided, working quickly and efficiently on the phone. We don’t follow scripts which can mean having to think on your feet, we also don’t work to targets but do expect a high level of customer service and efficiency.

This role will be completely remote working as we are trialling extending our opening hours. You should also have fast broadband internet to work from home.

This is a weekend position working 16 hours per week for which we offer a rate of £10.10 per hour. The working hours are 9.00 am to 5pm Saturday and Sunday with possible overtime available. This is a temporary position at first but has excellent potential to become permanent.
