Job Description: External Wall Insulation Project Manager

We are seeking a skilled and experienced External Wall Insulation Project Manager to join our team. As the Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful implementation of external wall insulation projects for our clients. Your expertise in building construction, strong project management skills, and excellent communication abilities will be essential in ensuring the timely and efficient completion of projects.

**Responsibilities**:

- Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budgeting, to ensure successful project execution.
- Site Assessment: Conduct thorough site assessments to evaluate the suitability and requirements for external wall insulation installations.
- Material Procurement: Coordinate the procurement of materials, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project specifications.
- Subcontractor Management: Select and manage subcontractors, including insulation installers, ensuring quality workmanship and adherence to project timelines.
- Quality Assurance: Implement quality control measures to ensure that external wall insulation installations meet industry standards, regulations, and company guidelines.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, suppliers, contractors, and other stakeholders, providing regular updates, addressing concerns, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Team Leadership: Manage a team of technicians and subcontractors, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high-quality workmanship and adherence to project timelines.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate project documentation, including installation records, reports, and financials, and prepare regular progress reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Health and Safety Compliance: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and implement appropriate measures to mitigate risks during installations.

Qualification and Experience Requirements:

- Proven experience in project management, specifically in external wall insulation projects.
- Strong knowledge of building construction, particularly in relation to external wall insulation systems and techniques.
- Understanding of relevant regulations, standards, and best practices in external wall insulation.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with the capacity to handle unexpected challenges and find practical solutions.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Relevant certifications or qualifications in project management or building construction would be advantageous.

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

**Experience**:

- Drylining: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Wakefield
