We are looking for a Campaigns Specialist to lead our paid and organic activation activity at Revere and be central to our client’s successes in demand and lead generation activity.

**The Role**

As Revere’s Campaigns Specialist you will implement, manage, and optimise Revere’s paid digital activation for all campaign activity, ensuring the right performance objectives, tactics, digital channels and audience mix are central to all campaign plans. You will heavily input into the planning cycles and work closely with Account Managers of all seniorities to form solid proposals for our clients, engaging directly with them to expand the campaign scope with a performance-driven mindset.

You will play an important role in evolving the Technology Solutions offering, continually reviewing the channel mix and new omnichannel activation routes. You will collaborate across the team, reviewing insights and using this information to guide your campaign planning and execution. You will work seamlessly with peers to deliver joined-up campaign activation and enablement.

You will be central to the implementation of our social listening, monitoring and social marketing services and manage the correct mix of martech to support the strategic goals. You will manage the influencer marketing activity, and identify, engage and use key tech influencers that will enhance our client’s social voice.

You will be involved in our partnership activities and manage the daily delivery undertaken by our partners. You will be part of the decision-making process in identifying and selecting leading partners.

You will guide peers within the team and develop individuals through advice and a proven approach.

**Key Responsibilities**

Team management
- In future, lead 121 and personal development discussions with direct reports and develop individuals in accordance with dept. objectives

Innovation
- Always reviewing the services we’re adopting and where further enhancements could be made. Available routes of activation are ever-changing and evolving, and you’ll be at the centre of this advancement in our capabilities
- Own the development of our organic social, social listening, monitoring and influencer marketing services
- Based on the uniqueness of our client’s position or proposition, develop the correct routes to engage with the right audience on the right social platform. Develop a comprehensive mix of technology influencers across social media and position this correctly through our planning activity

Advisory and consultancy
- Always part of the client conversation, guiding the client as to the best campaign strategy to hit their goals. You’ll advise on how to achieve the agreed objectives through appropriate use of paid and social activation, while working closely with our Content & Experience Specialists to bring in the right martech in support of the campaigns
- Manage Revere’s own digital activation and social media strategy, treating Revere as if a fully paid client. Working closely and daily with the Marketing Manager, be forthcoming in suggesting new, bold strategies to aid efforts centred around BD, and activity that will attract our ICPs, within our target organisations, across multiple channels. Finding and engaging with these targets across multiple digital channels will be key, as is joining up the strategic implementation and delivery
- As a digital marketing professional, your extensive knowledge and experience of digital marketing technology will be utilised for multiple clients

Operations
- Always challenging what we’re delivering for clients and how we’re delivering it. Never content in activating across the ‘standard’ networks, your interest in advertising and social marketing will lead to service development opportunities

**The team**

Reporting directly to our Head of Technology Solutions, the Campaigns Specialist will work with the wider Technology Solutions who are responsible for the scope and delivery of a wide range of technology-focused services via our specialist teams, and are always focused on delivering results for our clients.

Key Skills
- Experience in a similar role, managing social and paid activation activity, and implementing new solutions and services
- Able to demonstrate a performance-driven approach to campaign planning and execution
- Have liaised with clients directly, and be comfortable challenging the brief when necessary to deliver the ‘best’ result for your client and their customers
- Have a working knowledge of social marketing, listening and monitoring as specific services
- Be a social media advocate, able to devise and implement highly effective approaches in attracting, retaining, and engaging with target personas and organisations across a range of channels
- Have working knowledge across programmatic channels
- Have used multiple online activation channels including LinkedIn, Google Ads and lead generation tactics such as content sy
