As one of our Continuous Improvement Analysts, you will be investigating the analysis of data from various sources and monitoring different sets of material across the business to meet with the objectives and scope of any such investigation.
You will be providing information and insights, identifying areas where performance improvement is required and support the building of clear business cases on why effort and focus would be beneficial in these areas.
We can offer this role at either our Leicester or Bexhill-on-Sea offices combined with a hybrid approach to the office/homeworking. However, for the right colleague, we can offer a permanent homeworking opportunity.
**What will you be doing?**
- Designing and creating investigation scopes which outline the objective of the review and the methodology that is to be adopted to complete investigation
- Creating and maintaining written reports to key stakeholders which highlight issues or potential improvements
- Effectively contributing to the identification and analysis of business successes and failures, issues and trends, and improvement actions
- Estimating costs and resource required for improvement activities
- Completing detailed analysis of MI from across the business to identify specific trends and areas of concern
- Identifying and mitigating risks associated with changes and recommendations with clear and accurate reporting
- Interrogating and understanding data about company policies and workflows
- Supporting the delivery team during the analysis and planning states of all work streams
- Facilitating a successful release handover to BAU owners
