We are seeking to hire an HR Representative to work closely with the HR Business Partners, providing guidance and support to employees. This role will support the HSBC Innovation Banking HR team whilst it transitions to the systems and platforms of the HSBC group. The role holder will ensure that consistent approaches are applied regarding human resources standards and procedures, within a people centric framework.
There will also be the opportunity to participate in project work to support the wider HR team.

**Role Responsibilities**
- Utlilise the Service Now Platform to answer Manager and Employee Questions on HINV related HR topics
- Support with the transition to ‘employee and manager self-serve’ by educating employees on how to use the systems available.
- Participate in projects that support our HR transformation.
- Partner with HRBPs to provide answers and solutions for the variety of scenarios and questions that arise and are associated with human resources initiatives and employment benefits; e.g. performance management, payroll etc.
- Interpret basic HR policies and address employee and manager questions
- Partner with HRBPs on employee relations cases, by taking notes and providing administrative support
- Conduct exit interviews, analyse and identify trends
- Assist in the processing of employee data throughout the employee lifecycle e.g. onboarding, exit, leave of absence.
- Ad hoc administration such as reference letters and other letters related to employment
- Attend regular meetings with the HR team.
Requirements

**Requirements**:

- Previous HR experience is desirable but not essential. The role will require excellent administration skills
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Team oriented and collaborative who is able to develop relationships across the wider business.
- Strong work ethic. Pride in work with attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate at all levels of the organisation.
- Solid analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to exhibit empathy to employees and colleagues alike.
- A real passion for improving the employee experience
- Comfortable with working in a fast paced and growing organisation
- A growth mindset and a willingness to learn
