We are looking for a personable and presentable Receptionist to join a high end office building in the Watford area. You will be welcoming and greeting visitors in addition to general admin tasks, including; distributing correspondence and redirecting phone calls. We are looking for someone with a pleasant personality, as this is also a customer service role.

**Hours of work**:Monday to Friday (8:30am - 5:30pm)

**Salary**:£28,000-£35,000 per annum DOE

**About the role**:

- Greet and direct visitors on arrival.
- Keep track of all visitors and maintain the appointment calender.
- Sort and distribute mail.
- Monitor building portal announcements to see if there is any interruption to the organisation.
- Plan travel arrangements as and when required.
- Answer phone calls and responding appropriately to the caller’s needs (screening calls)
- Arrange courier collections.
- Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and materials.
- Maintain security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk.
- Update calendars and schedule meetings.
