A Progressive and Expanding Property Development Company Operating In the Letchworth Garden city and Buntingford areas For new residential developments. The role will involve all matters relating to new home sales negotiations, administration, handover offinished properties and any immediate after sales issues that may apply

**Client Details**

This Exciting and expanding new homes developer has their head office in Letchworth Garden City and work across the Northern Home counties and are looking for a sales executive to add to the team to assist in managing their new home sales. An establishedcompany with a positive ethos to supporting the countries efforts to supply new affordable and good quality homes

**Description**

This New Homes Sales Executive role will;
- Manage sales administration
- Provide aftercare and handover of new homes to excited owners
- Coordinate after sales queries and any issues
- Up selling on extras
- Support the growth of the team and company

**Profile**

The successful Sales Executive will be based from the Letchworth Garden City Head office and Buntingford sites
- You will have a prior B2C sales background with property experience a bonus but not essential
- Good organisation skills and IT Literate
- Self motivated and eager to exceed base salary with commission and bonus based on performance
