**The Role**

The Project Co-ordinator is responsible for all data during a project cycle including but not limited to:

- Checking that data sent by the client is correct as per their project specs and liaising with clients where amends are needed
- Setting up client surveys (projects are set up in Access)
- Cleaning survey outcomes (in Excel) and preparing them for reports
- Creating reports (in Excel) for the client based on their survey outcomes

The above is completed successfully by following strict processes and checklists. Therefore, the role is heavily oriented around:

- The ability to follow processes and self-check work to a high standard
- High levels of attention to detail and an ability to spot anomalies in large datasets

You will be responsible for ensuring that all work is produced to the highest possible standard and to the agreed timescales

**The Person**
- Highly skilled and experienced with Microsoft Excel (MS Access experience advantageous)
- Exceptional attention to detail and exceptional ability to follow processes
- Strong work ethics and passionate about their work - display a high level of care in what you do and how you relate to customers and other team members
- Self-motivated and able to work with mínimal supervision

**This is a permanent, full time (37 hours a week**) position

**Hours of work**:
Shifts fall between Monday and Thursday 8.00 am - 8.00 pm (37 hours across the week)

**Current hours** are 8am to 6pm Monday to Thursday

Occasional overtime to cover Friday and Saturday 8.00 am
- 3.00 pm shifts might be required. When overtime is worked, Monday - Thursday will be shorter working days

**Start date: ASAP**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £21,000.00 per year
