We are looking for **two **experienced administrators to join our Property Services team based in Salisbury as a Senior Admin Officer in a full-time position on a **3 month **contract within the **Wiltshire Temporary Bank.**

**LIVE **WORK** SUPPORT**

Our Property Services Team is an essential front-line team which supports our Rough Sleepers Team in preparing properties for new tenants. You will be part of a wider team of officers who work across a diverse range of responsibilities including Tenancy management, property maintenance, finance and administrative tasks across the service. Your work will be key to supporting the important administrative tasks involved in running a successful Housing management service.

**About the role**:
As a Senior Admin Officer, you will provide business support to the service; working to communicate with other teams and services to ensure necessary work is carried out and that the service can be completed in a timely manner.

You will work as part of the Systems and Business support team to provide high quality administrative support. The role will involve working across a variety of functions that are required to provide a high quality service to housing teams and customers. To make decisions and complete specified duties within the established practices and protocols of the service. The focus will be on the administration of office processes.

This role will involve travel to our properties to carry out various administrative tasks; so you will be required to hold a **full UK driving license** in order to carry out the full duties of this role.

**About you**:
This role is based in Salisbury and covers mostly the south of the county.
