Are you an experienced administrator or bookings coordinator with relevant experience in a medical setting? Are you happy to work on the phone and face to face with patients?

We have a fantastic opportunity for a professional and organised individual to join us as the first point of contact in the Heath Lodge Clinic patient ‘journey’. Offering patients quick and easy access to MRI (Private and NHS), Ultrasound, X-RAY and Pain Management.

Heath Lodge Clinic is an Independent Imaging Centre in Solihull, West Midlands. It presently has 2 MR scanners and also provides X-Ray, Ultrasound, DEXA, and Fluoroscopy, with a pain Management service for joint and spinal injections.

Your responsibilities in this role may include
- Ensuring all patient appointments are allocated or offered appropriately based on the clinical information detailed in the referral and relevant Consultant protocol.
- Answer in coming booking calls promptly (together with any ‘general enquiry’ calls)
- Check through the ‘new referrals’ regularly, for any referral marked ‘urgent’ or ‘fairly soon’ and prioritise/expediate appointment.
- Update digital PPS patient record.
- Meeting and greeting patients as a first point of contact at the clinic.

The role is full time (37.5 hours per week) and may involve shifts between the hours of 8am - 6.30pm Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday and between 8am - 8pm Wednesday. There is also some Saturday working required.
