**Erewash Voluntary Action (EVA)** is a leading advocate for mental health and community well-being across Derby and Derbyshire. We are excited to announce an opportunity for a dynamic individual to join our team as the **Living Well Locality Co-ordinator**. This role is instrumental in driving collaborative efforts to support transformational change in mental health services.

**What You Will Do**:

- Coordinate and manage collaborative meetings to facilitate dialogue and action.
- Develop actionable plans and ensure the smooth running of meetings.
- Forge partnerships with the local community and voluntary sector.
- Organize events and engage frontline workers to promote participation.
- Serve as the primary contact for designated localities, addressing key concerns and facilitating solutions.
- Strengthen connections with broader networks and forums within the area.
- Conduct monitoring and evaluation procedures, delivering reports on progress and impact.

**Who We Are Looking For**:

- Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
- Strong commitment to confidentiality and ethical conduct.
- Experience in project coordination or similar roles.
- Knowledge of mental health frameworks and initiatives.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
