£55,000 - £60,000 plus bonus c15%, generous pension and comprehensive company benefits

Hybrid / West Midlands (1 day a week on site)

**The Company**

**About the Role**

An exciting opportunity for an Information Governance Manager to join the growing Data Protection and Information Security team.

You will work with risk experts to embed a governance, education and awareness programme to ensure Information Security, Resilience and Data Protection processes and best practices are embedded across the organisation for employees and third parties.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Design and deliver accessible awareness and training packages for all staff through fun interactive exercises, e-learning or awareness roadshows.
- Ensure staff roles and responsibilities in embedding risk frameworks are defined, documented and understood.
- Coordinate with teams to provide MI that assesses the maturity of the risk frameworks and identify areas for improvement.
- Produce risk dashboards to help management understand the risk profile.

**Key Skills and Experience required**:

- Strong track record in a similar Information Governance role
- Experience producing and delivering training and awareness programmes
- Experience producing risk frameworks, risk MI and dashboards, policies and guidance
- Strong organisation and prioritisation skills, experience leading small teams, managing multiple stakeholders and multiple deadlines.
- Ability to quickly build and develop relationships and maintain these relationships and a reputation within the business across different levels
- Can produce engaging material that can be used in the training and awareness of others
- Must be proactive, ambitious and able to pick up new concepts and skills quickly, alongside experience leading small project teams, managing varied stakeholders and working towards multiple deadlines.
