**Booking Agent / Venue Coordinator and Administrator**who has a great telephone manner with excellent customer service and administrative skills with the ability to book venues and research new sites is required for a well-established companythat supports the most loved and recognised charities in the Country with fundraising activities.

**NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED - FULL TRAINING PROVIDED**

**SALARY**:£9.50 per Hour + Commission (£1 per booked venue) + 4 Weeks Paid Leave per Year Plus Bank Holidays

**JOB OVERVIEW**

We have a fantastic new job opportunity for a Booking Agent / Venue Coordinator and Administrator who has a great telephone manner with excellent customer service and administrative skills with the ability to book venues and research new sites is

The company represent a number of charities and manage their weekly lottery draws across the country.

Working as the Booking Agent / Venue Coordinator and Administrator you will book venues, where the company’s Canvassers can attend to promote the Charity and their weekly draw.

As the Booking Agent / Venue Coordinator and Administrator you will make a number of calls throughout the day to secure these venues. Some of the sites the company has previously visited. However, you will also be tasked with researching and new sites usingthe internet and contacting them in relation to availability, costs etc.

You will need to liaise regularly with the Sales Managers to ensure that the venues booked are suitable for use and the teams requirements.

The role will also involve some administrative duties such as updating the company’s Venue Booking System, ensuring the details are accurate and up to date.

**CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS**
- As the Booking Agent / Venue Coordinator and Administrator you will have the following skills, attributes and experience:

- Although you do not need previous experience you will need a polite, professional and confident telephone manner
- Great written and oral communication skills
- Good administration skills with the ability to use Microsoft Office, Word and Excel
- Must be PC literate with good internet access at home
- High attention to detail
- Great organisational and time-management skills
- Ability to work remotely from home and on own initiative
