**The Opportunity**

This role will be key in developing process and will make a real impact on the team as they support our business at a key point in Featurespace’s growth, as we continue to expand globally.

We’re looking for someone who has a passion to learn the foundations of a finance function whilst studying towards an accounting qualification. This is a varied role on a busy team, who have a wealth of experience and a range of skills that they will use to support you through your journey. They are based out of our **Cambridge** office and come in regularly, so we’re looking for someone happy to work from the office 2-3 days a week to support face-to-face learning.

The courses we’ve identified require 12-15 months of learning and once qualified, we aim to retain someone in a full-time permanent role on the team.

**Day to Day**
- Reviewing expense claims in our expenses system; ensuring that they are compliant with the Travel and Expenses Policy and are correctly approved
- Processing payroll journals into the Finance ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) System
- Assist with supplier payment runs entering information into the bank
- Supplier data cleansing
- Liaising with the business for invoice approval and posting

**About you**
- You currently have, or are expected to achieve grades 4-9 in Maths and English GCSEs
- You have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- You’re organised and efficient and take pride in your work
- You have a passion for Finance and Accounting
- You enjoy working with different people and learning new things

**Salary**: £18,000.00 per year
