**Investment Executive - Micro Loans - North Wales**

**Hybrid working option, enabling you to combine working from home and in our offices in Wrexham and / or Llandudno**

**£30,000 - £35,000**

We’re looking for an investment executive with big ideas to join our micro loans teamtosource and appraise investment proposals, most of which will be unsecured, so you willunderstandcashflow assumptions and assess the risks. Working to agreed targets, youwill be able to deliver results and demonstrate keynegotiation and networking skills, as you develop strong working relationships with business introducers and intermediaries. With ameticulous approach to work, you will prepare detailed investment reports,ensuring best practice and compliance within all investment activities at all times. You will contribute to the operation of the Development Bank as a professional fund management company and provider of risk capital to start-up and existing businesses,andwill operate underdelegated authority limits and Investment Operational Guidelines in a regulated environment.

You don’t have to have years of experience in investing or lending; you don’t need to know our world inside out.You will havefinancial analysisexperience and demonstrate an understanding of risk assessment and investment processes.We’re on the lookout forsomeone who’s a strong communicator, confident in making decisions, with superb attention to detail.
